Cathy has recently moved to the area from Midland, Tx. She has been certified In Permanent Make-up since 2006. Cathy worked at a Dr office in Midland for 17 years doing PM, while in addition she has been a RN since 1999 and worked at Midland Memorial for the last 23 years in the surgical department. She retired in 2023 and moved to Blanco. Cathy is ready to offer her services here in our salon and feels like she can help so many women by boosting their self-image, self-esteem, and natural beauty with convenience of Permanent Make-up. Devan Ballard

Sherry is a Board-certified adult nurse practitioner, who has been treating patients ranging in age from 15 to senior citizens in Pearland, Texas. She specializes in medical aesthetic procedures including facial procedures and contouring.  Her medical philosophy involves following evidence-based guidelines, clinical experience, and personal observation to advocate and care for patients.  Sherry graduated with honors from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Nursing in Houston, Texas, with a bachelor's in nursing.  She remained at the university to earn a master's in nursing and adult nurse practitioner specialization.  Passionate about wellness, rejuvenation, and anti-aging procedures, she obtained additional certifications in dermatology and aesthetic procedures.  Her certifications allow her to perform male and female hormone replacement procedures, medical aesthetics including injectables, chemical peels, facials, sclerotherapy, and mesotherapy.

Devan, new to Canyon Lake, from the Houston area,  has been doing hair for 17 years. She is very personable and strives to make each and every client completely happy when they leave her chair! She is an expert in color theory and works hard to keep the condition of your hair healthy. Blonding is her specialty, but she also excels at all color services. Devan is an extension specialist. She is certified in the natural beaded row, sew in method which is the best for your hair. Stephanie has been styling hair for 29 years and is our salon owner.  She specializes in advanced color techniques, formal styles, and signature cuts.  Stephanie received her training at John Patterson State Technical College in Montgomery, Alabama and graduated at the top of her class. Through her years as a ​stylist, she has traveled the world and has obtained training that wouldn't of been possible without following her husband's military career.  Working with many different types of stylist' with different levels and backgrounds has given Stephanie the advantage over other stylist' because she has been able to take away this knowledge from every situation and place she lived and worked.  Always advancing her education, Stephanie is highly skilled in all of the new and current trends.  Stephanie enjoys the long term relationships that she develops with her clients.

Kellie is a long time stylist here at American Trends.  She has done hair for 30 years, and still gets as much joy from it as she did in the beginning.  She is highly skilled in advanced cutting techniques, and loves to do fun and exciting color!   Corrective color and highlights are just a few of Kellie's talents!  Come see her today!

Emma studied at Milan Institute of Cosmetology In San Antonio, Texas. She specializes in long acrylic full sets with hand-drawn nail designs. Emma pays great attention to detail during her services because she wants her clients to walk out with her best work every time. Making her clients comfortable and happy with their results is her first priority!
